Pilot Training: Advanced Stage "Advanced Stage" is intended to put the student of WWII combat flying into the shoes of a cadet who has successfully mastered the basic principles of flight and the rather modest requirements of "Elementary " and "Basic" training. Advanced Training focused on two different issues: Precision flight maneuvering of the individual pilot and flying in close proximity with other aircraft. And of course, becoming increasingly familiar with the sophisticated control and aircraft systems of combat types is of great concern. Therefore the student will be exposed to more sophisticated aircraft types and their special requirements. On top of this, the program will cover issues like R/T procedure, navigation over large distances, instrument flying in bad weather conditions or at night and flying of multiengine types. Sucessfull completition of "Advanced Training" earned the novice pilot his wings and commision. The next training stage was about combat aircraft: Fighters, Bombers and the likes What the reader can expect to find here over time is the following: Aircraft and Aircraft Components Operation
